I went to get a cleaning and a CT scan. The dentist was extremely friendly and did her job well. The problem came when days later I requested my CT scan. They had me fill out a questionnaire asking why I wanted my CT scan. It seemed ridiculous to me! It was an (expensive) study that I paid for. They made me go in person to sign and it took them 10 minutes or more to attach the information to a USB. I could never open it via USB. I asked for it by mail and it didn't work either. They claimed that I do not have their “program” to be able to open it. Other dentists couldn't open it either. I'm not coming back.

Perfect facilities, incredible staff attention. But my panoramic x-ray was not free at all against the brochure they gave me on my first visit to the clinic network. Besides, the staff refused to give me the image even though I paid for it according to company policy.

I like the care and that my insurance gives me free dental cleanings and great discounts

The manager Tomás Reyes is an extremely despotic and dishonest person. I had to ask not to interact with him in order to continue my Invisalign orthodontic treatment. My orthodontist is very nice and the dentists have been good.

I found it to be a very pleasant visit, in addition to the personalized treatment of the team as well as the hosts being totally indistinguishable. Excellent service, sophisticated facilities and cutting-edge technology.
